On Thursday, March 21st, the Psychology Department will be hosting Dr. Kevin McIntyre (assistant professor of psychology at Trinity University) for the annual guest lecture series. Dr. McIntyre is an experimental social psychologist who conducts research on the self. In his talk, titled "High in the Sky or Down in the Gutter: The Effects of Name Verticality on Self-Esteem", Dr. McIntyre will discuss some of his recent research on embodied cognition.
