On Tuesday night, Dr. Bob Weis, Associate Professor of Psychology at Denison University, visited AU and presented a talk entitled “Learning Disabilities in Adults: New Approaches and Controversies.” Dr. Weis shared his data regarding the degree to which college students carrying a diagnosis of specific learning disability met objective criteria for diagnosis. We are glad to have the opportunity to bring researchers like Dr. Weis to campus to speak to our students, and we hope to continue to do things like this in the future. Thanks to everyone who attended and supported the event!
