History & Systems Class Makes Annual Visit to the "Archives"

Late last fall semester Dr. Moore and students from her History and Systems class took their annual trip to the Center for the History of Psychology.  "The Drs. Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings Center for the History of Psychology, located at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, is a unique institution that cares for, provides access to, and interprets the historical record of psychology and related human sciences." Students were able to see and interact with a variety of historical artifacts that they've learned about in their psychology coursework.  Pictured below are Mary Moeller and Amanda Mayes with Albert Bandura's "Bobo" doll, as well as Edie Henthorne, Hannah Neumeyer, and Courtney Galligher with artifacts from Phil Zimbardo's "Standford Prison Experiment".  Information about the center can be found HERE.
