For the second summer in a row, Dr. Curt Ickes has been appointed as a "Player Development Specialist" for the minor league Lake Erie Crushers in Avon, Ohio. Head Coach John Massarelli states that “Dr. Ickes gives our players an opportunity to develop the mental skills necessary to compete at the highest levels of baseball.
